If the purchased product arrives damaged, incorrect or suffers any other incident with the delivery, OSA DESIGNS will send you a new product or refund the corresponding amount. It is necessary that the same day of the reception of the incorrect order you send a photo of the received article to the email address osadesignsinspiration@gmail.com indicating the number of your order.
This does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, use or improper handling, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use. Due to the personalized nature of the products, and in compliance with Article 45 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January on Retail Trade, there will be NO right of return in the case of manufactured goods that are delivered in perfect condition according to customer specifications.
