Do I have to make a minimum order? No, at OSA DESIGNS you do not need a minimum quantity to place an order.

Is it necessary to give my email or phone number to place an order? It is not necessary but we recommend you to provide it, it is not a mandatory field and you can finish your purchase without providing us with this information, however we advise you to provide it because if there is any problem with your order or with the delivery it will be the fastest way to contact you. Remember that we will never use your data for other purposes without your consent.

Can I send the gift to someone else? Of course you can! What better way to give a gift to someone who is far away than to send it to them by surprise at home. Remember that if the billing address and the shipping address are different we will not send an invoice with the package so the recipient will not know the amount of the products. I made a mistake when ordering.

What do I do now? If any of the details of your order are wrong such as the delivery address, the quantity of products, the model or colour or you have forgotten to include something in your shopping basket, contact us as soon as possible.
